Rozhin Sanat Company is one of the most well-known companies in field of energy and industrial projects which was originally founded in 1999 in Tehran, Iran. Being experienced for about two decades in the field of industrial projects, exploiting the capabilities of highly qualified experts and managers in this field, and applying science and innovation have helped us to reach high grades in quality, time, and cost management while competing most effectively in the ever-changing and challenging energy industries.

1999
Rozhin Sanat Company was officially established in 1999 (1378 in the Iranian calendar) by Mr. Kamran Ghasemi and his partners, with the aim of entering the power plant and refinery construction and installation markets.
2000
In the 2000s (1380s), the company, driven by a development-oriented approach, successfully executed various projects in Shazand Arak Thermal Power Plant, Bandar Abbas Power Plant, Fajr Petrochemical, Arak Petrochemical, and Amir Kabir Petrochemical complexes.
mid-2000s
In the mid-2000s, the company shifted its focus toward specialized operations in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. By the late 2000s and early 2010s, it began implementing numerous projects in the South Pars Gas Field, specifically in phases 15-16 and 17-18.
During this period, with the addition of new projects in various phases of South Pars, the company’s operational capacity significantly increased. Major projects were undertaken in phases 15-16, 17-18, 20-21, and phase 14. This growth led to the direct employment of at least 1,000 personnel.
Also in this decade, the company was awarded Grade 1 classification in the fields of Oil & Gas as well as Facilities & Equipment by the “Plan and Budget Organization of Iran”.
2010
Following the completion of construction activities in South Pars and the reduction of related operations, Rozhin Sanat adopted a new strategic direction by expanding its activities to the Makran region.
2020
At the beginning of the 2020s (1400 in the Iranian calendar), the company launched its operations in Makran by constructing a bitumen storage complex in Chabahar Port. It then focused on strategic crude oil storage projects, initially entering the project by building and installing two storage tanks. Eventually, the company took responsibility for the construction and installation of 10 tanks, each with a capacity of 500,000 barrels, totaling 5 million barrels of the 10-million-barrel strategic oil storage project in Jask.
2024
Continuing its commitment to the Makran region, the company entered a new phase in the national oil industry. In 2024 (1403 in the Iranian calendar), it signed an EPCC contract for the development and enhancement of the Golkhari 3 oil separation and pressure boosting unit, aiming to increase capacity by 30,000 barrels per day.
